By accessing or using the Website or joining the Database, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not use the Website or participate in the Database.

We reserve the right to update our Terms and Conditions at any time.

  1. Age

All Users must be at least 18+ years old to use the LOCATE A PRO service.

 

By using the Service, you confirm you are 18 or older.

 

  2. Nature of the Service

LOCATE A PRO acts solely as a connection and communication service between Customers and Businesses.

​

We do not provide, supervise, guarantee, or are responsible for ANY work, services, or outcomes between a Customers and Businesss.

Users must perform their own due diligence, background checks, and assessments before engaging any Business.

​

  3. Scope of Service

​

LOCATE A PRO operates a UK-wide Database designed to help Customers find local Businesses to provide services they require.

​

We may, at our discretion, provide Customers with contact information and direct messaging options to Businesses listed in the Database.

​

Businesses: by adding your public contact information to our database you agree that we will share the information you have provided in full.

​

We do not guarantee any outcome, including but not limited to securing a paying job for any Business, nor the qualification, accuracy, or reliability of any Business listed.

  4. Eligibility and Registration

​

Businesses may apply to join the Database by completing the signup process as described on the Website.

​

By applying, the Business represents and warrants that:

​

• All information provided is accurate, up-to-date, and complete.

• It has the legal authority to enter into these Terms and to perform the services offered.

• It will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

LOCATE A PRO may, at its sole discretion, accept or reject any application and may require additional information or documentation prior to listing.

  5. Communications

The service supports written communications:

• WhatsApp

• Social Media

• Email

​

LOCATE A PRO does not provide or facilitate phone calls.

​

We prefer and respond solely through written messages.

​

All inquiries, quotes, and bookings should be conducted in writing via supported channels.

  6. Membership

​

  6.1 Free Membership

​

Businesses may be listed in the Database at no cost, with no obligation.

​

We may promote listings as part of standard marketing.

​

  6.2 Paid Membership

​

Businesses may elect to continue in the Database via a paid annual Membership after receiving a pain client.

​

The monetary value of the client does not make a difference to becoming eligible.

​

The terms, pricing, and renewal conditions for Membership will be described on the Website at the time of purchase and are subject to change with prior notice.

​

If after receiving a pain client you do not wish to pay the annual membership cost, then you will simply be removed from the database.

​

  6.3 Promotional Offers

​

Promotional offers (e.g., top placement in listings) are subject to specific terms and availability and may be time-limited.

Such offers may be withdrawn or modified at LOCATE A PRO’s sole discretion.

  6.4 New Business Advertising

​

New Businesses may receive free advertising as part of the initial listing until they receive their first paid engagement.

​

After the initial engagement, access to continued listing is subject to the applicable Membership terms and pricing.

​

  7. Honesty and Feedback

​

LOCATE A PRO values honesty and transparency from all Users.

​

  Businesses

​

If you obtain work through LOCATE A PRO, please confirm to US / LAP that you have connected with a Customer and that you are accepting paid work.

  Customers

​

If you have received information about local Businesses and proceed with a chosen provider, please confirm which Business you selected.

​

Special offers will apply to those who confirm which businesses they have selected.

​

Feedback and confirmations help LOCATE A PRO improve the matching process and service delivery.

​

  8. No Responsibility for Businesses or Services

​

LOCATE A PRO is an intermediary platform that connects Customers with Businesses.

​

LOCATE A PRO is not a party to any contract for services between a Customer and a Business.

​

LOCATE A PRO will not be liable for:

​

• The quality, safety, legality, or payment of any goods or services provided by any Business.

• Any acts, omissions, or conduct of any Business or Customer.

• Any loss, damage, or injury arising from or related to the use of the Website or the engagement of Services.

Each Business remains fully responsible for its own services, professional qualifications, licensing, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

​

LOCATE A PRO is not responsible for the services you contact or the quality they provide or the work the companies do.

​

  9. Customer Due Diligence

​

Customers are advised to conduct their own background checks and due diligence on any Business they choose to engage.

​

LOCATE A PRO provides information and access to Businesses, but does NOT verify the accuracy, legitimacy, or quality of any Business, including but not limited to references, qualifications, licenses, or insurance.

  10. Intellectual Property

​

All intellectual property in the Website and Content provided by LOCATE A PRO remains the property of LOCATE A PRO or its licensors.

Businesses and Customers may use the Website and Content solely for personal or business purposes as intended by LOCATE A PRO and in accordance with these Terms.

​

No right, title, or interest in any Content is transferred to Users, except for the limited right to access and use the Website as permitted.

  11. Prohibited Conduct

​

Users must not use the Website to:

​

• Upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of privacy.

• Impersonate any person or misrepresent affiliation with any person or entity.

• Disseminate spam, malware, or any content that could damage the Website or disrupt its operations.

Where applicable, Membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in the specific offer.

Prices may change upon renewal in accordance with the terms displayed on the Website at the time of renewal.

​

Non-payment may result in suspension or removal from the Database without notification.

​

  14. Complaints and Compliance

​

Complaints about a Business or the Service will be reviewed.

​

If a Business receives more than 10 complaints, LOCATE A PRO will remove the Business from the site without notification.

​

LOCATE A PRO is composed of self-employed individuals and aims to uphold a high standard of service while balancing individual circumstances.

​

Any confrontational or aggressive messaging which we deem excessive will result in removal and blocking from site use.

​

Without refund.

​

Please keep all communications polite and friendly and we will do the same.

​

Phone calls are not accepted.

  15. Updates to Terms

​

The most current Terms and Conditions are always available on our website.

​

LOCATE A PRO reserves the right to update terms as needed.

​

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms without notification of updates.
